Best of Blogs for Week of September 11th

Every Friday afternoon I share some of the more interesting or notable posts that I have seen in the personal finance blogs and other sources for the past week

This ones a bit older article from Jalopnik site :
No, You Don't Have To Be A Millionaire And Pay Cash To Buy A New Car
Some good thoughts there on buying cars and I generally agree that new cars aren't as nearly as pricey versus late model used cars.  However I don't see the same results in my local market where they have new cars going for less than used.

DQYDJ writes Continued: The Shanghai Composite Versus the NASDAQ In 2000
showing eerie similarities between the current Chinese stock market and the NASDAQ around the 2000 internet bubble bust.

Financial Uproar says Don’t Fight It; The Lender of Last Resort Will Always Exist
I basically agree that payday loans serve a purpose and something serving that purpose is always going to exist.  Hey its better than a actual loan shark.  At least "Cash Store" won't literally break your kneecaps.

I'm starting to get too many spam messages in the comments so I'm turning on moderation. Please be patient and wait for your comment to be approved. Note it may take up to a few days for approval, thanks. I've also had to remove anonymous posting of comments to cut down on spam and pure stupidity.
