For April to June the 5% promotional cash back categories are :

Chase : Restaurants, Bed Bath & Beyond, H&M and Overstock.com
Discover : Restaurants & Movies
Citibank : The Home Depot and Home & Garden stores

Some good categories here.   Chase & Discover both have Restaurants and I'm sure I will spend some small amount of money at the Home Depot.
