This does NOT include state tax filing. Looks like state filing is an extra $39.95 which is not a particularly good deal. If your like most of us and you have to pay state income taxes then you might want to shop around.
If your state does not have state income taxes then you can get free federal filing.
The offer is only good January 19-20th.
